MSB have successfully implemented Management Reporting Analysis for our existing Customer.

With the press of the single button, the results representing in graphs and slides are being used directly in their monthly management meetings.

 

Before this automation, the existing customer requires 15 days to prepare manually and the information are not so reliable and accurate. After the automation it only takes 2 – 3 hours to process at least 160 analysis reports and presenting in graphs with accurate information that integrate from their existing ERP solution.

Apart from the fixed format design with ease and easy to operate, we also developed a variable format to cater for Top Management ad hoc demand. This will enable the managers to dissect further in details with pre-defined measures and dimensions to allow the management to make accurate and timely decision.
